Omnia Opus (Latin) – All Work (English) This will be the 'calling card' of my new venture. I have learnt so much about myself over the past year, it is unfathomable. I will be giving 110% of myself to the world and I should get a good return on my investment. “People never change”. The person that said that had no idea what life is about or how a person can change if the correct knowledge was gained. The most valuable lesson for me was not only to gain knowledge but how to apply said knowledge. Taking action is the key to life. I know that I am making this sound easy. I can tell you that it is not easy, but possible.

Getting more out of your day should be easy, but see there is that thing called habit. As I previously mentioned in one of my articles, the human brain is designed to find the easiest or least painful way of doing something. You might think "well great, that i exactly what I need". Overthinking Synonym’s: brood, consider, deliberate, despond, dwell upon, fret, gloom, grieve, lament, languish, meditate, mope, mull over, muse, ponder, reflect, repine, ruminate, sigh, speculate, stew over, sulk, sweat out, sweat over, think about, think upon, worry, focus, peruse, speculate, scan, revolve. In my opinion it sounds like a therapist describing a person suffering from depression or anxiety disorder. Why? Because in many cases it is. Even though overthinking forms part of the thought process it should not be confused with analytical thinking or problem solving. I like to differentiate between these thoughts by classifying them as positive and negative.
